ABOUT
OYO is an India-based hospitality technology company backed by SoftBank’s Vision Fund. Operating across markets including India, the United States, and China, it helps independent hotels adopt OYO branding and technology, manage bookings more efficiently, and offer guests a simple, user-friendly booking experience across mobile and desktop. Following the launch of new features for hotel owners, OYO approached us to create a range of explainer videos.
APPROACH
Each film introduced the problem a feature was designed to solve, then guided users step by step through finding, accessing, and using it across different devices and interfaces. The project required turning detailed product workflows into concise visual instructions without losing essential information.
APPROACH
Clear UI animation, focused callouts, and consistent pacing helped make each process easy to follow for hotel teams with varying levels of technical experience.
Together, the videos formed a practical learning library that supported feature adoption, reduced friction, and gave OYO a consistent way to communicate product updates across its network.
